Your Journey, One Step at a Time
Counselling sessions are available in person, online, or over the phone, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you.

2 Initial Session – Understanding Your Story
Our first session is a safe space to explore what brings you to counseling. We’ll get to know your concerns and begin to understand the issues you want to work on. This helps us shape a flexible plan tailored just for you.
3 Developing Your Personalized Plan
Together, we’ll agree on a plan that suits your needs and preferences. You can choose to meet weekly or fortnightly, and we’ll adjust the focus as you explore and grow. The plan isn’t fixed, it’s flexible to evolve with you.
4 Ongoing Support and Review
Throughout your counselling journey, I’ll regularly check in to review your progress and adjust the integrative therapy approach-drawing from Gestalt, Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic, CBT, Trauma Therapy, Inner Child Work, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Breathwork, to best support your healing.
5 Healing and Acceptance
Counselling supports you in coming to terms with your experiences, whether it’s grief, trauma, anxiety, or other challenges. We work on acceptance, managing pain, readjusting your life, and moving forward with renewed strength.
6 Transition to Coaching (Optional)
If you wish, counseling can lead naturally into coaching to help you set goals, build confidence, and take inspired action toward the life you want.

“Kay is a compassionate and insightful therapist and coach who brings both warmth and practicality to her work. She creates a safe, supportive space while also offering clear guidance and encouragement, helping people to heal, grow, and reach their goals.”
Miranda J Turner, UK
“I first met Kay when we trained together in early 2023, and we have remained in contact ever since. She is genuinely caring and one of the most committed and tenacious people I know. When Kay believes in something, she will make it happen. She quite rightly believes in herself, and that energy is infectious, helping those around her believe in themselves too.”
Clare B. Solihull. UK
“Before the session, I had spoken to Kay about the issue I wanted help with—stress eating and negative self-talk around my body image. Kay made me feel really comfortable and relaxed, taking me to a trance-like state.
In the week after, I hadn’t reached for the snack cupboard and realised I’d been making healthier lunch choices. When I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror (something I usually hate), I thought—you look okay, which is a massive improvement.
Massive thanks, Kay! After just one session I can already see a difference and will be booking in again.
To anyone considering this: give it a go. Go with an open mind and invest in yourself. Therapy with Kay can help you.”

“I had been struggling with anxiety for around 5 years, over this period I had tried counselling and hypnotherapy with no real success the Anxiety got so bad It even stopped me from driving and doing everyday things like walk my dog!
By pure luck I found Kay on a list of recommended counsellors and from my very first appointment I realised she was approaching my problems in a different way, she was very patient and understanding and empowered me with the techniques I needed to combat my anxiety. Kay also helped with Hypnotherapy sessions which got me back on track with my driving.
Thank you Kay you have literally given me my life back.”
Mike, UK
“I first came to Kay with self-esteem problems and relationship issues, I was very low on self-confidence.
Meeting Kay I felt very relaxed and at ease every appointment was professional, conducted at a pace where I was comfortable and in a relaxing environment. I couldn’t recommend Kay highly enough, when I made the decision to start therapy, I was broken more than I knew now, my mental health has never been better all aspects of my life have improved the decision was one of the best I’ve made!”
Sam, UK
“From the first phone call, Kay has been brilliant! She was able to put me at ease at the beginning, as I was a little apprehensive about starting any kind of therapy. Throughout every session, she was able to help me understand my own thoughts and feelings, helping to navigate past experiences and ultimately give me the tools to move forward. I came away from each session feeling much more positive about life and the future. Cannot recommend her enough!”
Tiffany, UK
“Working with Kay was a transformative experience. From our very first session, I immediately felt at ease in her warm, non-judgmental presence. She helped me to remember my strengths and to feel capable and empowered in a way I hadn’t felt in a long time. Her passion for her work is infectious and helped me reconnect with my own passions and desires. I entered therapy feeling stuck and left feeling aligned, free and truly myself. I am so grateful for her amazing work and cannot recommend her highly enough.”
Jess, UK
“Kay has truly changed my life. I struggled with anxiety for nearly a decade and felt like there was no way forward. I had seen other therapists before, but nothing seemed to make a difference, and I started to believe I was just stuck this way. Working with Kay gave me the tools and skills I needed to finally overcome my anxiety. I feel like I have a completely new lease on life and can do so much more than I have in years.”
