2 Prepare Ahead
You’ll receive a short set of reflective questions to complete at least 72 hours before your session. These help clarify your desired outcome, identify what may be holding you back, and ensure your session is fully tailored to you.
3 Your Session
Pre-Talk – A calm conversation to clarify your focus and ensure you feel comfortable. Hypnosis – Guided into a relaxed, focused state where positive change can occur. (You are always completely safe and in control.) Bringing You Out of Hypnosis – Gently returning you to full awareness. Future Pacing – Exploring how the changes feel and how they may show up in your daily life.
4 After Your Session
Within a week, you’ll receive your bespoke hypnotherapy recording, written specifically for you. This delay allows you to naturally notice shifts and improvements before listening again. Many clients notice results immediately, while others experience gradual, lasting change over the following days.
5 Creating the Right Space
For the best experience, we will ensure your session is held in a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Sit in a cosy seat or lay down, check the temperature, and make your surroundings as calm and relaxing as possible.
